Sponsorship Opportunities

PGCMT offers two sponsorship packages, with options to customize a sponsorship to your organization’s needs. Multiple sponsorships at each level are available, and we invite you to explore the benefits of each sponsorship below.

Presenting Sponsor – $2,500

Presenting Sponsorships are available for one year, and run from July through June or January through December. Multi-year sponsorships are available. For the duration of your sponsorship, your organization will receive:

  • Complimentary attendance for two (2) guests at all regular PGCMT programs*
  • Acknowledgment of sponsorship by PGCMT board president at all regular PGCMT programs*
  • Feature story in one issue or quarterly newsletter per sponsorship cycle
  • Opportunity to place ad-style graphic in quarterly newsletter
  • Logo linked to your organization website on PGCMT home and sponsorship pages, as well as meeting invitations, e-newsletter and other regular PGCMT e-mail communications
  • Display table at PGCMT programs*
  • Opportunity to introduce your organization and products/services at two (2) regular PGCMT programs of your choice, as well as provide gifts or “give-away” items to attendees
  • Logo with identification as Presenting Sponsor displayed on PowerPoint slide prior to all regular PGCMT programs*
  • Two (2) e-mail communications to the full PGCMT contact database about your company and product/service

Program Sponsor – $500

With each program sponsorship, your organization will receive:

  • Complimentary attendance for two (2) guests to the sponsored PGCMT program
  • Acknowledgment of sponsorship by PGCMT board president at the sponsored program
  • Logo link to your organization website as the Program Sponsor on program detail webpage, any program e-mail communications and any promotion in PGCMT e-newsletter
  • Display table at the sponsored PGCMT program
  • Opportunity to introduce your company and product/service at the sponsored PGCMT program, as well as provide gifts or “give away” items to attendees
  • Logo with identification as Program Sponsor displayed on PowerPoint slide prior to the sponsored PGCMT program
  • One (1) e-mail communication to the full PGCMT contact database about your company and product/service
